Inbound Service Solutions:

  • Flat rate based on last 90 days of RO’s, call volume and hours of coverage desired (Starting at price:  $3,299 – M-F 9 hours of coverage per day, 350 RO average per month)
  • Answer all incoming (or overflow) calls and schedule service appointments in the dealer’s scheduling tool (Example: XTime)
  • Only auto-text reply for missed calls.  If a call is missed, our system will automatically send a text re-engaging the customer and our reps will attempt to complete the reason for customer’s call via text, or call them back at their request.  This allows the service advisors to concentrating on selling who is in front of them, and selling on the phones.
  • One text campaign per week to database. Example:  Recall manifest, last 12-months sold not serviced manifest, etc.
  • Transfer Opportunities: Our reps will send “TO’s” to the managers/advisors via text for the any service customer who needs attention:
    • Example: Heat cases, loaners questions, status updates on vehicles.
  • Directions: Appointments set by our team will receive a link to directions for each customer so they can find your store easily.
  • Appointment confirmations: Our system will automatically text/email appointment reminders through the service process.
